Delete your account

You can delete your Evently account at any time, directly from inside the app. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what may be retained for safety or legal reasons.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Evently app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Edit Profile (or the Account section).
  4. Tap Delete my account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise the personal information associated with it, including:

  • your profile (display name, bio, profile photo);
  • your account settings and preferences;
  • your posts and uploaded images, where applicable.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including:

  • moderation and report records relating to community safety;
  • information required to comply with legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations;
  • aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.

Need help?

If you can't access the app, or you'd like us to delete your account on your behalf, email us from the address linked to your Evently account at evently.support@gmail.com. We typically action deletion requests within a few working days.
